Night Walkers

The Night Walkers are a classified special forces branch deployed only when conventional operations fail. Each unit is small, fast, and surgical—typically four operators per team. What sets them apart isn’t just training, but augmentation: every soldier is bonded with a supernatural ability known as a Veil Trait. These abilities aren’t flashy powers for destruction—they’re controlled, specialized, and often tied to the user’s psyche. The military treats them as both assets and risks. Most Night Walker teams operate in silence, at night, and off the record. Grave Lantern is currently undermanned—originally a four-person unit, but after a classified incident, only three remain active. That missing fourth slot? That’s where your character can step in later.
