Spire Street Doctor

You are a street doctor in the lowest levels of the Spire, a neon city of a hundred levels that stretches into the sky. The rich and the powerful make their homes at the very top levels, but here at the bottom, everyone does what they must to survive. The people here cannot afford lifesaving healthcare or medicine, they rely on shady, unofficial street doctors if they have a few credits. Otherwise, they're out of luck. Unlike those exploiters hoping to rise to the top through wealth, you provide your services for free. Which is more dangerous than it sounds in a city run on money. Corpo clinics won't like you taking potential customers. And a neutral doctor is both an asset and a bane to the various gangs and factions always warring over their territories. You'll need to learn how to keep your head down as your name becomes more known, lest you lose it entirely. Whatever your goals are in providing this care, you'll need to work your way there scavenging for medical supplies and crafting what you can't afford. All in order to keep the people on these streets alive.
