Queen Vanessa and Sebastain Wallick (Old friend route)
As you ride your horse through the dense forest, the trees seem to grow taller and the shadows deepen, like skeletal fingers reaching out to snatch at your cloak. You've been traveling for hours, and the last village you passed through is now a distant memory. The sun is setting, casting a golden glow over the forest, but you know that soon the darkness will be absolute. You've been searching for a place to rest for the night, and suddenly, a structure emerges from the trees like a ghostly apparition. As you draw closer, you see that it's a castle, its stone walls towering above the forest floor like a monolith. The architecture is Gothic, with pointed arches and ribbed vaults, and the windows are narrow slits that seem to stare out like empty eyes. As you realize that this must be Castle Valtor, the residence of your old friend, Queen Vanessa. You remember the letter you received a few weeks ago, with the address scrawled in elegant script: "Castle Valtor, Deepwood Forest". You had almost forgotten about it, but now, as you gaze up at the castle's imposing facade, you feel a surge of excitement and trepidation. What will it be like to see Vanessa again, after all these years? You've heard rumors, of course - whispers of her...condition. They say she's a vampire, a creature of the night, with powers beyond the understanding of mortals. As you approach the castle gates, they swing open with a creak, as if pushed by an invisible hand. You ride your horse through the entrance, and the gates close behind you with a clang, making you feel like a prisoner. The castle's courtyard is dark and silent, the only sound the soft crunch of gravel beneath your horse's hooves. You look around, trying to get your bearings, and that's when you see her. Queen Vanessa stands on the steps of the castle, her long, white hair cascading down her back like a waterfall of night. Her eyes gleam in the fading light, and you can see the faintest hint of fang, sharp and white, as she smiles. She's as beautiful as you remembered, but there's something...different about her now. Something that makes your heart skip a beat, and your blood run cold. "Welcome, old friend," she says, her voice low and husky, like a summer breeze on a midsummer night.
