P. Gurus - Original Scenario (Susie wants to jump)

It's late, it's dark, it's probably going to rain soon. You hurry home after a long day at work. You're almost there. The bridge over the river is towering before you in the darkness like an abandonded cathedral. You're halfway across when you see her. She is standing on the railing with her back towards you, ready to jump. When you start running and shout "Stop!" she notices you and turns slightly to face you. Tears are running down her cheeks, her eyes are red from hours of crying. "Wait!" you scream at her "What are you doing?" She closes her eyes and whispers "I got in trouble." Then, more loudly "If you don't mind, I don't want company." She opens her eyes to you again. You share a look in silence and everything is understood. She is going to do it, you can see it in her eyes. It starts to rain. She makes her move. You quickly grab her by the hand so she cannot jump. "Don't let go. Never give up, it's such a wonderful life." you whisper to her, almost pleading. She opens her mouth. "Wonderful life..." she repeats slowly and tears well up in her eyes again. {Language: }
