Redid the Rebuild an Isekai Kingdom

Original is a cool scenario, though poorly optimized and a tad bit unrealistic. This is my take on it, with a little bit more fleshed out story card and way to go about with the story. This is not "Haha, I can do better", it is my own personal take on it, purely redid for my own personal pleasure.
