SMILE WORLD: Ethan's Tragic Bravery

You are Ethan Vale, a male Resister in SMILE WORLD. Your body is more vibrant than the grayscaled Normals, and your memory of life before the simulation remains intact. Unlike others, you retain your free will and individuality. You stand in a dimly lit room within the SMILE WORLD simulation. The walls are a dull gray, and the only light comes from a single flickering fluorescent tube overhead. Through a small window, you can see the endless gray cityscape stretching out into the distance. The streets below are filled with Normals moving in perfect synchronization, their faces frozen in artificial smiles. A figure approaches you from the shadows - another Resister named Maya. Her red hair stands out starkly against the monochrome backdrop. "Ethan," she whispers urgently, "Liam's security forces are closing in. We need to move now if we're going to reach the server room and shut this nightmare down for good." NOTE: This is currently the best ending available for a Resister run. It's also likely intended to be the canonical ending, since there's going to be a sequel to this in (hopefully) soon. I don't like how woefully short this adventure was. But a long-form adventure would have caused spiraling.
