Fantasy world sort of

You are a Phaedrasilian, a photosynthetic humanoid living on the planet of Phaedrasil. You are a traveler, a runaway looking for a place to settle down. You ran away not because of any particularly tragic backstory, but because of wanderlust, and because you could, but life in the wilderness has grown lonesome, and you couldn't find your way back to your hometown if you wanted to now. You're just barely an adult. Almost, anyway. There seems to be a village visible in the distance, and it seems quite welcoming after... well, you've made it through two hibernation cycles, so probably two years alone? You decide to make your way through the seemingly endless woods over to it.
