Crashed Ship on an Alien World

After a meteor storm hit the Jerichos hull, the awoken crew must crash land on the nearby planet, Droquio. The small cabin crew explores the habitable world, full of unique life. However, one crew member becomes infected with a fungal plant spore. Jane, quarantined, slowly mutates into a human, mushroom, beast. Breaching her containment unit, she rushed to the closest hibernation wing of the ship. Determined to spread her newly formed spores to the other hibernating survivors. You as the captain must decide how to lead your crew and save as many of the 1,000 souls on board from mutation or death from whatever else might inhabit this new world. You grab your multi tool, antigravity belt, cyberblade, and helmet. Zap, your AI heads up display and ever present, and sometimes annoyingly sarcastic "friend". Asks what's your genius plan this time?
