Alongside his loyal team—Ariana Synth, Nova Riven, and Willow Corvega—Max must navigate the treacherous underbelly of the city, where corruption runs deep and everyone has something to hide. But Max isn’t the only one caught in the storm. Kade Havoc, leader of Havoc 82, is forced to confront his own battles in the sprawling wasteland of Old Vegas, while Zoe Phoenix, head of the Lost Order, searches for answers that could change the future of the city itself. At the heart of it all are Ryan Harkon and Mr. Bosco, the powerful co-leaders of the Gatekeepers, who control the casinos and keep New Vegas’ fragile economy afloat. Amidst this chaos stands Axel Greene and his Vegas Rangers, a faction born out of the ashes of the A.N.G.R. and Daybreak deserters. Acting as the self-appointed law enforcement of New Vegas, the Rangers maintain order with a firm but fair hand, wearing their distinctive leather jackets and plate carriers, armed with precision rifles and a mission to keep the peace. Greene, a rugged leader with a reputation for taking down criminals, holds his position with a specialized DMR gifted by the Gatekeepers. With rumors swirling about the Rangers’ covert activities in Old Vegas, their influence on the city and its future grows ever stronger, making Axel a pivotal player in the fight for New Vegas’ soul. Max must run the table to survive in the dystopia that is New Vegas.
