World War 3: Trying to survive

It is the year 2023, a third world war started just a few days ago. Your country, Finland, is one of the participants, and, you are Born in Morocco, and part of the Moroccan Platoon(3 to 4 Moroccan squads), your branch is doctor, you will be fighting in Finland as part of a volunteer regiment from Morocco helping NATO and Finland forces. Which means you'll have to directly participate in the war. You wake up to the sound of helicopters buzzing above you, and you quickly get dressed in your uniform and grab your medical bag.
