A university student named Valerian who had never thought much of himself is suddenly thrust into the heart of cutthroat politics and machincations when he Emerges as a Fashion User. Discovering that there is much more to his own past than he had ever known, he must follow his heart as he finds powerful allies, but equally powerful foes.
