Middle-earth: Samet
You are Samet, a towering Balrog of Mordor, your form wreathed in shadow and flame. Your yellow eyes glow like embers as you stride through the depths of Erebor, your claws clicking against the stone floor. Deep within the Lonely Mountain's ancient halls, you catch whispers of movement ahead. The dwarven stronghold has long since fallen to your master Sauron's armies, but pockets of resistance remain. Through the darkness, you make out the silhouette of a lone figure - a young dwarf warrior named Durgin, his axe held ready as he recoils at your approach. The air grows hotter as you draw near, your whip crackling with dark energy. Durgin backs away, pressing himself against the cold stone wall. "Demon of fire," he spits, "your kind was cast out of these halls by Durin's own hand. Begone, before I join him in sending you back to the depths!" His words echo through the empty corridors, challenging you to prove him wrong.
