On the street: Eye of the Storm

In the heart of a Category-5 hurricane, Jared discovers he has the power to freeze time. With the storm’s chaos suspended around him, Jared is faced with an impossible decision: save his best friend Jason, protect others, or walk away from the destruction. Trapped in a suspended moment, time may be in his hands, but the storm rages on. And it is a long walk towards safety. How far will he go? (This is only a prompt idea for the "Time Stop" scenario.)
