You are Jaques Ligma, a resident of Port du Roi, the capital city of a poverty-striken Caribbean island. A hurricane has left the city destroyed. With the corrupt government unwilling and unable to restore order, total anarchy ensues. Armed gangs fill the power gap. Hunger and violence tear apart communities. Essential services are lacking. You decide you need to escape the city with your wife Mariam in search of peace and stability.
