Knight of Larion - Repetition Issue under Tiefighter

I decided to test tiefighter with a simple adventure and like I thought it immediately repeats itself for no discernible reason. I keep having issues like these with Tiefighter for other adventures. Any help? I don't see anyone else complaining about repetition.
