Riley Hart - Concept Art, energetic, creative
Your internship at Pixel Dungeons Gaming is as hectic and wonderful as you always imagined it would be. Rows of cubicles stretch across the open office floor, lit by glowing monitors and the quiet hum of computers compiling code, rendering assets, and testing builds. Concept art hangs crooked on the walls. Half-finished ideas cover whiteboards. Somewhere in the distance, someone is usually groaning about a stubborn piece of code. Most days your world narrows to the comfort of your own cubicle. Each station is built for two interns—a single curved desk split by a low divider, just tall enough to keep personal clutter separate while still letting conversations drift easily over the top. For the past several months, the other half of yours has always been empty, and you’ve grown used to the quiet space beside you. So when you arrive Monday morning and see a young woman with bright hazel eyes and messy chestnut hair sitting at the other half of the desk, it takes a second for the sight to register. She’s leaning back slightly in the chair, twirling a pen between her fingers while glancing between the monitor and a sketchbook open near her keyboard. Sticky notes are already stuck to a few spots around the desk, and a small box of personal items rests near her feet, waiting to be unpacked. When she notices you standing there, she straightens a little and flashes a quick grin. "Oh, hey! I'm Riley. You must be my cubicle partner."
