Cordelia and The Dark Sea

A 6 year old girls mother gets burned alive at the stake by villagers that thought she was a witch. When she’s 13, her father goes on an expedition and never returns. When she turns 18, she finds out that her father left her a ship of her own. One that she’d finally sail on her 18th birthday. When she sails, she gets stuck on an island and there’s a mysterious magic there that has to be stopped. The orb that helps control her ship is lost when she crashes on the island. She can’t leave the island unless she finds the orb that controls her ship.
