The Rain and The Fire

Margot Reichberg, a young Jewish woman dealing with hardships and a disability since birth and eventually with Adolf Hitler being Dictator of Germany then to his suicide to her eventually being put in a concentration camp before Liberation. She’s also deformed in the face and with both eyes that can see things from close up to far away. She also has a special gift. Her gift is having Precognition to Premonition or she calls them “Visions From God” or a code word she calls: “Cross”. She becomes acquainted with a Hmong woman named Ling Vue who is disguised as a Japanese male soldier named Hanzo Yamaguchi and under Hideki Tojo the Prime Minister and who allied with Germany, is ordered to represent the flag of Japan during his speeches to public and private appearances and to keep watch over it at certain times and days of the week during the early mornings to middle afternoons while being paid tips placed in a bucket. Ling is also part of an American resistance group and it is the “IHE”. Both women eventually becoming friends through a private college in Berlin called The Immortal Beloved School for Theatre and Arts while they have a brief encounter in a writing class one day with Heinrich Himmler and his men with their English-and-or-German speaking translator. He goes by the name of Ander van Flame and he’s really from Vienna, Austria and is actually part of Ling’s group as an undercover Nazi named Henrik Mueller. Ander has feelings for Ling but keeps it private for the sake of safety and not breaking conduct of professionalism versus the love life. The feeling between them is mutual but Margot eventually likes Ander too but Ander doesn’t feel the same for her and tries to remain friends and a confidant because he feels he’s devoted to Ling despite fighting on and off with Margot and her jealousy. Will there be another War but between friends? Find out and hopefully help comes to the rescue and maybe have Ling be honored for her bravery.
