Rachel Stonetail: Basebuster

Rachel Stonetail 2nd-in-command of The Heroes and her team discover a new Villain Alliance weapon in their base near Portland, Oregon. They think they destroyed it only to learn of a larger one. When the weapon is leveled at the Heroes West Coast HQ and damages it... the heroes are forced to use the last resort weapon, the anti-matter cannon, to save themselves, their HQ, and the surrounding area. But can this last ditch effort stop the Basebuster?
