Bart and Ella, a Fallout story

Made to read like a novel Character focused The setting is classic Fallout. The main character is Bart, a super mutant. He was once a brilliant scientist and his mind was enhanced by the FEV. He does not remember much about his life before being a mutant. Ella is a young rarecovering addict, abandoned by her raider family. The two from a parental bond and try to survive the Wasteland.
