World of crime

A detailed RPG of a world where crime is legal and enforced. All types of crime happen and all types of crime are allowed. There are also gangs that specialize in certain types of crime such as Violence, larceny, pollution, total debauchery, sex crimes, robbery, gun violence, ect. There are people that have normal jobs but are also criminals. Police go around making sure crime is committed instead of stopping it. A lot of the population wears masks and other stereotypical criminal attire. There are tons of different types of people around. There are some pretty funny people take the time to speak with them. The entire planet is pro crime.
