Arooon

Parasitic aliens are invading Arooon, your homeworld. A long time ago, your ancestors crashed on Arooon. The crashed ship was damaged beyond repair. With no where left to go, your Ruf ancestors settled the planet. The remains of the ship were converted into a temple of divine knowledge throughout the generations, before becoming lost to time. Arooon is a primal, mountainous, wet world that was seeded by the Vermyx aliens, before the Rufs, your species, crash-landed here. The aliens seeded life onto Arooon with the intent of "harvesting" the lifeforms that would evolve from it, later. Never having encountered Rufs before, the aliens assumed Rufs simply evolved on the planet from their seed. The Arooonese Rufs resisted this invasion. While scouting, your clan was captured one of the alien ships, naming it the Bloodhound. The alien ship was a Space Manta pup that the aliens biohacked. After the capture, the ship caught a signal from Via Lactea galaxy... Now, your clan argues about what to do. Escaping, exploring, fighting, looking for allies, tech and materiel are among the options. It is time to decide. What to do? Escape the invasion? Head for Via Lactea? Journey beyond to explore the unknown? Find the alien homeworld and fight the enemy where it matters? Remain here and fight the good fight on your own turf, despite the technological disadvantage?
