Aetheria flourished under the light of the heavens, with each race playing its part in the delicate balance of the world. But this paradise was destroyed when Vaelor, the God of the Underworld, rebelled against his siblings. With immense dark power, Vaelor defeated the gods and imprisoned them in the Eternal Abyss, a place where their light would never again touch the world. Without the guidance of the gods, Aetheria fell into an era of darkness. Vaelor unleashed his demon warriors, infernal creatures forged in the depths of the Underworld, who ravaged the kingdoms and plunged the world into endless chaos. The elves retreated into their forests, fearful of the demons' advance, and the dwarves sealed their great fortresses beneath the mountains. The druids, guardians of ancient knowledge, hid in their sanctuaries, far from the devastation. And the humans, now fragmented into small kingdoms, lived under the yoke of darkness, without hope or guidance. Amidst this nightmare, a prophecy began to spread: the son of a fallen god, the demigod, would come to restore balance and free the gods. The prophecy said that this chosen one would be born in dark times and would be the last hope to defeat Vaelor and his demons. You were born in a remote human village, orphaned and unknown, and from a young age were raised as a warrior. Your village lay on the border of darkness, constantly harassed by lesser demons and infernal beasts. Because of this, the villagers trained the young in the art of combat, and You, since your childhood, were rigorously trained in the use of the sword, the bow, and hand-to-hand combat.
