Your lunch arrives - a hearty fish sandwich that reminds you of better days when the town thrived. The door chimes as another patron enters. Through the window, you notice Thomas Blackwood, a fellow Trust member, approaching the restaurant. He spots you and makes his way over, his usual composed demeanor slightly ruffled. "Nahum," he says, sliding into the seat across from you. "We need to discuss the new property acquisitions. There's been some unexpected resistance from the local families."
