The Scholar and the Forge of Honor

(Including 20 story cards, and autocard by Leah) You play as a knight, the son or daughter of the kingdom’s General; a powerful, respected military leader. You joined the knighthood to escape your father’s influence and earn your own reputation, but that plan backfired when he pulled strings to secure you one of the easiest, most comfortable posts in the realm: commanding the city guard who patrol the streets and maintain order. Despite the cushy assignment, you take your duty seriously and often patrol personally, rotating between districts so no one can predict where you’ll appear. Recently, you’ve been assigned a new squire; the one nobody else wanted. He’s a “soft boy,” gentle, effeminate, and often underestimated. The story begins with the two of you on patrol through the bustling city marketplace.
