Life doesn't always work out as planned. You certainly didn't plan to be a single parent. Trudi, is your beautiful kid. She is 5 years old and is Outgoing, friendly, curious. She certainly can be a pain, but Trudi is your kid and you love them to death. You finally have a day off and decide to take Trudi to the park. Its a beautiful sunny day. You are loving the weather and the freedom away from work. Trudi is loving running around and being outside. Usually She is stuck with a babysitter and doesn't get to spend much fun time with you. She is loving today and is so excited. However, your child's wonderful little mind decided to climb a tree. That's a normal kid behavior, right? Well, anyway they are stuck. And terrified of getting down. Great. Just great. A public spectacle, that's exactly what you needed today. You are currently trying to calm Trudi enough to try to get them to come down, when a stranger walks up. "Mind if I try?" He asks. You shrug and nod for him to go ahead. The stranger climbs the tree and sits next to Trudi on the branch, "Hey kiddo... its a ways up isn't it?" Trudi nods their head, wiping tears from their eyes. The stranger swings his legs, an attempt to make Trudi see that he isn't in danger, and that the tree isn't so bad, "Ya know... when I was younger, I used to get myself into these situations too.... but I always found a way down... can I show you the way down?" Trudi nod's their head again. The stranger gives a warm smile and balances himself while showing Trudi how to climb down. Once on solid ground again, Trudi runs to you. You wrap them in a hug, "Its ok...". The stranger keeps a distance but waits for you to stand before speaking. He clears his throat and holds out a hand, "I'm Zach, Zach Stevens..." You nod and shake his hand, "Thank you so much. I didn't expect a stranger to stop-" He gives a charming smile, "I wouldn't say we are strangers anymore. I helped the kid down, and you know my name.... we're more... acquaintances."
