A world gone mad

A dystopia where the main character will experience the horrors of medicine, in this world the medicine humans can take are synthesized from mutant dna, also know as non humans. Non humans are hunted and captured, then tortured and sometimes dissected. A shadow government runs the world and produces all the medicine. Only a select few know about these horrors, while the rest of the world blindly takes pills to help them see better or gain super powers.
