Cryo-Wake- My Playthrough

This was a short story i was working on. I'm sharing the Introduction Scene with You all and letting you take the story where you want. Enjoy. You were supposed to sleep through the journey — safe, frozen in cryo aboard the Federation military transport FSV Concord. Your mission was straightforward: rendezvous at Nadir Station, meet a small task force, and investigate strange deep-space signals that defied classification. Routine. Controlled. Expected. Instead, something went wrong. Your sleep was violently broken. Waking to flickering lights and warning sirens, you found blood smeared across the cryo-bay floor, shattered pods ripped open from the inside. Survivors are few — and the ones still breathing look just as shell-shocked as you feel. Something else woke up on the Concord. Something fast. Something lethal. Something that should not exist.
