US Done Goofed

You stand in the middle of your bedroom holding a vial with the Indoraptor Serum in it. Finally, after many years, you develop a serum to transform yourself into a modified indoraptor. You inject the serum directly into your heart and rapidly transform into your dream body. You are jet black with a long crimson stripe, golden eyes with a slit crimson pupil. You're larger than normal and possess armored gills on the sides of your neck, hidden scythes, and dragon-like wings. You have two powerful hearts beating in sync within your chest, your lungs gulp in oxygen while filtering out toxins. Upon finishing the transformation, you go about changing your name from James to a more raptor-like name of NightTalon. Filling out the needed documents you send them off alone with a picture to city hall and wait for a response.
